We had a fantastic time on the Full-Day Ourika Valley, Atlas Mountains and Waterfall Tour from Marrakech. The day was very well organized and offered a great balance between scenery, activity, and relaxation. Our main guide, Oussama, was really nice, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the day, which made the experience even better. The hike to the waterfalls was led by Sufyan, who was also really nice and made the hike enjoyable and easy to follow. This part of the tour was the highlight for us: beautiful views, a pleasant pace, and accessible for most people. Comfortable, sturdy shoes are definitely advisable, but the hike itself is easy and enjoyable. We also visited a women’s cooperative, where we were able to learn about and try argan oil products, which was a very nice and interesting addition to the tour. Lunch by the water was excellent and very atmospheric. Sitting next to the river after the hike was a perfect way to relax and enjoy local food. Overall, this tour is highly recommended if you want to explore beyond Marrakech and experience the natural beauty of the Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley.

We went on a tour with Click Excursión and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our driver, Imad Jamzaoui, was extremely friendly, attentive at all times, and very professional. During the trip, he explained everything in detail, took care of the group, and gave us great recommendations that made all the difference to the tour. The organization was perfect, the guide was very good, and the food was delicious. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended excursion, and we would especially like to highlight Imad's treatment and dedication. We would definitely do it again.

The hammam was great . Great experience. The massage was a soft massage , a tip would be to ask if they do other types of massage . The whispering while massaging was quite annoying .

Things to know before booking your Marrakesh spa experience

  • Advance booking is recommended: Popular hammams and luxury spas often operate on limited treatment slots. Booking ahead helps secure your preferred time, especially during weekends and peak travel seasons.
  • What the standard experience includes: Most tickets cover access to the steam hammam, towels, bathrobes, lockers, and a traditional black soap scrub, massage, or both depending on the option selected.
  • Treatment choices matter: Some tickets let you choose between a scrub, a massage, or a combined 90-minute ritual. Make sure you select the right variant based on how much time you want to spend relaxing.
  • Traditional vs luxury spas: Traditional hammams focus on authentic cleansing rituals in shared spaces, while luxury spas offer refined settings, private facilities, and customizable treatments using premium Moroccan products.
  • Transfers can simplify logistics: If you’re staying in the medina or unfamiliar with Marrakesh, choosing a ticket with hotel or riad transfers removes navigation stress entirely.
  • Timing your visit: Morning sessions are generally quieter and more relaxed. Late afternoon slots are popular and tend to sell out faster, especially during peak travel seasons.
  • Health and comfort notes: Hammams involve heat and vigorous exfoliation. Guests with sensitive skin or medical conditions should inform staff in advance.

Tips & guidelines for visiting a spa in Marrakesh

  • Arrive early: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your slot to change, store belongings, and avoid cutting into your treatment time.
  • Avoid shaving beforehand: Hammam scrubs are intense. Shaving or waxing on the same day can cause irritation during exfoliation.
  • Understand modesty norms: You’ll be provided disposable underwear or towels. Therapists maintain professional coverage throughout the treatment.
  • Hydrate well: Drink water before and after your session. Steam and heat can be dehydrating, especially for first-time visitors.
  • Leave electronics behind: Steam rooms are humid and slippery. Phones and cameras should stay in lockers; photography is generally not permitted.
  • Communicate comfort levels: Let your therapist know if the pressure, heat, or scrub intensity feels uncomfortable. Adjustments are common and encouraged.
  • Tipping etiquette: Gratuities are appreciated for good service. A small cash tip after your treatment is customary but not mandatory.
