We had a really great experience spending one night in the Agafay Desert. We booked the private double room, which was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The bed was also very comfortable. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. The camp itself was stunning, with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the desert — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, especially at sunset. The landscape around the camp was truly magical and made the whole experience even more special. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Once at the camp, it was also possible to book extra activities such as camel rides and quad tours. Extras must be paid in cash, but there is also an ATM available on site. Dinner was good and included a traditional show, which made the evening very enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent. The only issue we had was communication with the provider company before the trip. We needed information about the extra activities and wanted to change the pickup point, but we always had to contact Headout first in order to receive a reply to our messages. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely highly recommended for the quality-price ratio.

They picked us up and brought us from Marrakech. When we arrived, they served us welcome tea while explaining the activities and the different areas of the resort. We signed up for the camel and ATV rides. Afterward, we took a dip in the pool and showered at our private accommodation. In the evening, we enjoyed a variety of shows while dining in a beautiful Moroccan-style dining room. Highly recommended

It was a magical experience—a private car picked us up not far from our riad. The driver was friendly. Once we arrived at the meeting point, we were able to enjoy an hour of quad biking in the desert with our guide. It was magical! Perfect, excellent!

Camel ride in the Agafay Desert was brilliant but our experience was made unnecessarily stressful by a message at 10pm the night before our trip saying we would not be picked up from our hotel and had to travel into the centre of Marrakech by 9am to be collected. We stayed out in the Palmeraie area, which was eligible for hotel collection on the booking website. However the local tour rep advised that it was not. In the end we paid extra for hotel pick up rather than leave earlier by taxi, but this short notice change of plans brought unnecessary stress and costs. Once we passed this hiccup, the camel ride experience was faultless, everyone was very friendly and helpful, my family loved it, and transfers with our driver Mohamad were great too.
